HOMEWARD provides planning, navigation and coordination services. It is not an emergency response service and does not by itself replace licensed medical, nursing, legal, financial or other regulated professional services.

Third parties

Independent providers and contractors are responsible for their own services, credentials, pricing and work. Final contract language should define HOMEWARD's role precisely.

Membership scope

Ongoing memberships should define included advisor capacity, response expectations, cancellation terms and any separately billed services.
